- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website.
- If you purchase our brand Amrit products through third-party marketplaces, retail stores, or shopping malls, the Return & Refund Policy of that respective seller/platform will apply.
1. Returns (Website Orders Only)
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
- Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is found to be expired upon receipt.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- To initiate a return, customers must provide proof (clear photos/videos) along with the order number.
2. Refunds (Website Orders Only)
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products – if the product arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
- Expired Products – if the product is received with an expired date.
- Incorrect Items – if the delivered product does not match the order placed.
Refund Process:
- Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos.
- Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Claims raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Products that have been consumed, tampered with, or not in their original packaging.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
